We always want you to be satisfied with your piece. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your print, you can return it within 30 days with your original receipt for a full refund.
For painted canvases, we will give you 7 days from when you receive it to decide if you would like to keep it or return it for a refund.
We cannot guarantee a refund on custom commissioned paintings.
To return or exchange an item:
- Repackage the product.
- Email us your request to return or exchange an item within the allotted time frame.
- Once your request has been approved, we will notify you and send you a return label.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund due to use or abuse of the product.
We reserve the right to change our return policy at anytime without notice.
